Tom is excellent! He is super responsive and painstakingly troubleshoots various appliances. For example, to diagnose my dishwasher's intermittent power issue, he essentially took apart the unit and provided a detailed breakdown of the issue and the merits of replacing parts versus purchasing another unit. For my fridge, he similarly did a bang up job fixing it.
